    My team coaching uses an outside in and future back approach. We consider the system teams work in focus on improving internal relationships and relationships with with stakeholders, customers and partners.

    This is done alongside a focus on building clarity around purpose and direction.

    All engagements start with a discovery phase before moving into development and coaching. I use a mix of 1:1 interviews, a 360 feedback tool, meeting observations and team coaching workshops.
