😎Experience: My squiggly career ranges from failed business owner at 22, tech project manager, psychotherapist, business manager to a Chief Technology Officer and the last 10 years working directly with leaders and teams on performance and effectiveness. I have literally seen it all; the good, the bad and the ugly! I'm unshockable, resilient and a problem solver.

I'm either 'all in' or 'all out'. There is not much in between that is worth having. When I'm on a mission you will know about it! I want to work with teams who want and need that passion.
